Rests

An arrow rest is important part of a bow that supports and positions the arrow as you draw, aim and release.  It helps keep the arrow properly aligned with the bow and provides a consistent launch point, which can improve accuracy, stability, and overall shooting performance.  Different types of rests - such as drop-away, whisker biscuit, and full-containment rests - offer different advantages depending on the type of bow, shooting style, and personal preference.
